Learn how to add an etched label to homemade ketchup bottles with the following steps. Place a label around the neck of each bottle. Fill in the recipients name and your name on each one. Cut pieces of decorative ribbon that are a couple feet long. Tie one around each bottle and create bows with them.

Another way to dress up the bottles is by cutting pieces of self-adhesive trim. Peel off the paper backing and press the trim around the part of the bottle that you are embellishing. Add the ketchup to the bottles. Give them away to your family members and friends.
